  • 1 tsp anise seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, anise seeds, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, egg, and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  6. Using a cookie scoop, scoop up the batter and roll into balls.

  7. Place the balls on the prepared baking tray and flatten them slightly with your palm.
