Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying

Cut walleye fillets into bite-sized pieces.
