How To Make Walleye Sandwich Recipe
A delicious and filling sandwich made with crispy walleye fillets and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 4 walleye fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 tbsp tartar sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.

Place flour in another shallow dish.

Dip each walleye fillet in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp oil.

Once hot, cook walleye fillets until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Assemble sandwich with lettuce, tomato, tartar sauce on a toasted bun.
