How To Make Salmon, Pea & Potato Purée

Ingredients
- 200g salmon fillet
- 1 cup peas
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Water, for boiling
Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat.

Add the salmon fillet and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from water and set aside.

In the same pot of boiling water, add the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.

In a separate pot, add the cubed potatoes and cover with water. Boil until tender, about 10 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a blender or food processor.

Add the cooked salmon and peas to the blender.

Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to achieve desired consistency.

Serve the purée warm or let it cool and refrigerate for later use.
