  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets with the marinade.

  4. Place the fillets on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the fillets from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
