Ingredients
- 4 lemon sole fillets
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- lemon sauce ingredients:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the lemon sole fillets on a plate and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the milk and mix until a thick batter forms. Stir in the parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling batter onto the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Grill the lemon sole fillets for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and flaky.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, chicken broth, honey, and cornstarch. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the grilled lemon sole fillets with the dumplings and drizzle with the lemon sauce. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon slices if desired.
