- 1 ¼ cups frozen mixer concentrate raspberry colada
- 3 ¾ cups pineapple juice
- 4 cups club soda , or 2-liter bottle lemon lime soda, chilled
- 2 cups raspberry sherbert, or pineapple sherbert
- ⅓ cup flaked coconut
Instructions
- Mix raspberry colada mixer concentrate with pineapple juice and chill.
- Stir in chilled club soda.
- Place in serving bowl, float sherbert on top and sprinkle with coconut.
