- 4 cups milk

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Sea salt, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling.

Add the chopped dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to the saucepan. Whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
