- 12sweet cherries,pitted
- 1cupstrawberries,quartered
- ½cupblueberries
- 1orange,zested and juiced
- ½tbsplime,zest
- 750mlred wine,bottle
- ¼cupbourbon,such as Maker’s Mark
- 2tbspmint leaves,or as needed

Combine cherries, strawberries, and blueberries in a grill pan over medium heat. Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until the fruit softens and juices are released.

Place berry mixture, orange zest, and lime zest in the bottom of a carafe and muddle. Add orange juice, wine, and bourbon. Add mint leaves and gently stir. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
