Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the 1 cup of flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the crust mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
