Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch tart pan. Trim any excess dough.

  3. In a bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the pie crust.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the bacon and artichoke mixture in the tart pan.

  5. Place the tart pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
