How To Make Strawberry & Prosecco Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the Prosecco, honey, and lemon juice to the blender with the strawberries.

  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

  5. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until set.

  6. Once frozen, remove the lollies from the molds and enjoy!
