Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple), chopped
  • 1 cup of fruit juice (such as orange juice or pineapple juice)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mixed fresh fruits, fruit juice, honey, and plain yogurt.

  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours or until firm.

  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.

  5. Scoop the sherbet into bowls or cones and serve.
