How To Make Pistachio Katmer

Ingredients
- 4 sheets of phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush it with melted butter.

Sprinkle one-fourth of the chopped pistachios evenly over the phyllo dough.

Fold the sides of the phyllo dough towards the center, creating a narrow strip.

Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, forming a cylinder.

Repeat steps 2-5 with the remaining phyllo dough and pistachios.

Place the rolled katmers on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
