  • 2 cups mashed white potatoes
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, sugar, melted butter, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.

  3. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pour the potato mixture into the crust.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center of the pie is set and the crust is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
