- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- streusel topping:
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and chilled butter for the streusel topping until crumbly.

Spoon the muffin batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over each muffin.
