
How To Make Baby Apple Banana Oat Muffins
Baked with applesauce and sweet bananas, these banana oat muffins make healthy, low-fat treats that’s perfect for your little one. Prep them in 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1¼cupsold fashioned whole rolled oats,plus extra for topping
- 1large banana,ripe
- â…“cupsunsweetened applesauce,or fruit/veggie puree
- 1large egg
- 3tbspcoconut sugar,or maple syrup, other desired sugar
- 1tspground cinnamon
- 1½tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- â…›tspsalt
For Add-Ins:
- ¾cupapple,or pear, or berries, peeled, diced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 24-count mini muffin pan with nonstick spray or use mini muffin liners. If using liners, grease the liners.

Place the oats, banana, applesauce, egg, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and soda, and in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until combined.

Stir in the apples, then divide the batter evenly between muffin liners. Top with a few oats, if desired.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Remove and cool completely.
