- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
