  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken.

  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip.

  3. Add the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring. Whip until stiff peaks form.

  4. Divide the mint cream into serving dishes.

  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
