How To Make Instant Pot Banana Bread Recipe
This moist and delicious banana bread is made quickly and easily in your Instant Pot.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 bananas)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another mixing bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until well combined.

Grease a 6-cup bundt pan with cooking spray and pour the batter inside.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it on the trivet that comes with the Instant Pot.

Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.

Close the Instant Pot with its lid, set the valve to “sealing” position, and choose the manual setting for 45 minutes on high pressure.

Once the baking process is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then turn the valve to “venting” to release the remaining pressure.

Carefully remove the bundt pan from the Instant Pot and let the banana bread cool down for 5 minutes before unmolding.

Slice and serve.
