How To Make Mango, Chilli & Tequila Ice Lollies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 2 red chillies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp tequila
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mangoes, red chillies, tequila, lime juice, honey, and coconut water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into ice lolly molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

  3. Insert ice lolly sticks into each mold.

  4. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  5. To remove the ice lollies from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
