How To Make Frozen Trifle Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch angel food cake, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the mixed berries with sugar and let them sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

In a trifle dish or any glass dish, layer half of the angel food cake cubes.

Spoon half of the macerated berries on top of the cake.

Spread half of the whipped cream over the berries.

Repeat the layers with the remaining cake cubes, berries, and whipped cream.

Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top layer.

Freeze the trifle for at least 4 hours or until firm.
