How To Make Boozy Berry & Elderflower Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
- 2 tbsp elderflower liqueur
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla custard
- 1 cup ladyfingers, broken into pieces
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the berries and elderflower liqueur. Allow the berries to macerate for about 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

In serving glasses or a trifle dish, layer the custard, soaked ladyfingers, macerated berries, and whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
