  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, cake mix, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, stir in the rainbow sprinkles.

  4. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
