Kahlua Cream Fudge Recipe

Impress party guests with this fancy fudge dessert also featuring marshmallow cream. We added some Kahlua for a bit of a kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream
  • cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup Kahlua

Instructions

  1. Line 8-inch square baking pan with foil.

  2. In 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, marshmallow cream, milk, butter & Kahlua.
  3. Bring to rapid boil, stir constantly for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, and add all chips and stir till melted.
  5. Add nuts & vanilla.
  6. Turn into prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, cut into squares.
