- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the rice, milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
