How To Make Chocolate & Raspberry Creams

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Gradually fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.

  4. Gently swirl in the raspberry jam and powdered sugar, then stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Divide the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries before serving.
