How To Make Raspberry & Orange Syllabub

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the raspberries, orange zest, orange juice, and sugar. Mash the raspberries with a fork until slightly broken down.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream, leaving some swirls.

Divide the syllabub among four serving glasses or bowls.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
