How To Make Fig & Prosciutto Pizzettas

  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 8 fresh figs, sliced
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the pita bread rounds on a baking sheet.

  2. Top each pita bread round with a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.

  3. Arrange the sliced figs and prosciutto on top of the cheese.

  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the pizzettas.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
