How To Make Toffee & Sesame Bananas

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Peel the bananas and cut them into halves lengthwise.

In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown and caramelized.

Dip each banana half into the caramel, coating it completely, then roll it in sesame seeds to coat all sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the coated bananas in the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the fried bananas from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
