How To Make Banana Cream Dessert
A creamy, refreshing dessert filled with smooth banana flavor and topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Graham crackers (for serving)
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

In a small saucepan, whisk together milk, cornstarch, and granulated sugar. Cook on medium heat, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Gradually add the milk mixture to the banana mixture, beating constantly until well combined.

Spoon the banana cream mixture evenly into 4 serving glasses or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.

Before serving, crush graham crackers and sprinkle on top of each dessert.
