  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 medium apples, cored and sliced

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add kale, apples, red onion, cranberries, pecans, and feta cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
