How To Make Baked Mini Doughnuts

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini doughnut pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.

Spoon the batter into the greased doughnut pan until each cavity is filled.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the doughnuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
