How To Make White Chocolate & Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk again until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
