  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, cranberries, coconut oil, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
