How To Make Vegan Cranberry & Orange Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, cranberries, coconut oil, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
