Ingredients
- 2 cups plums, pitted and sliced
- 2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the plums, apples, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly.

Gradually add in the milk, stirring until the mixture forms a thick batter.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter evenly over the fruit mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
