  • 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

  3. Stir in the peppermint extract.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the melted chocolate, pressing them in slightly.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until the bark is firm.

  7. Once firm, break the bark into pieces and serve.
