  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

  3. Stir in the peppermint extract.

  4. Spread the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, smoothing it out evenly.

  5. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the melted chocolate, pressing them in gently.

  6. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.

  7. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the peppermint candies.

  8. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 1 hour until the bark is set.

  9. Once set, break the bark into small pieces and serve.
