  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

  5. Gradually add in the flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts, if desired.

  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
