How To Make Tangy Cheesecake with Strawberries

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the lemon juice and sour cream until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.

Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the pan and top with sliced strawberries.
