  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the vanilla extract, cream cheese, flour, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
