Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), washed and sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  5. Layer the bottom of each glass with a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs.

  6. Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs.

  7. Add a layer of mixed berries.

  8. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

  9. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
