How To Make Berry Cheesecake in a Glass

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), washed and sliced
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Layer the bottom of each glass with a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs.

Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumbs.

Add a layer of mixed berries.

Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
