How To Make Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated.

  6. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch (20cm) springform pan.

  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
