How To Make Rum Truffles

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp rum
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

In a heatproof bowl, add the chopped dark chocolate.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just starts to boil.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Add the rum and mix well.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.

Using a teaspoon, scoop a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.

Roll the truffle in cocoa powder to coat evenly.
