How To Make Easy Rum Truffles

Ingredients
- 8 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp rum
- Cocoa powder, for coating
Instructions

In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and heavy cream.

Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the rum.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once the mixture is firm, use a melon baller or a spoon to scoop out small portions, and shape them into balls.
