  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of light corn syrup
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 6 cups of rice cereal
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar over medium heat until melted and smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the rice cereal until well coated.

  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the rice cereal mixture, spreading evenly.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

  7. Cut into bars and serve.
