- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt.
