Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 8-inch round cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped hazelnuts.
