- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, chopped peaches, or sliced bananas)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
