- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- streusel topping:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour and sugar for the streusel topping. Cut in the chilled butter until crumbly.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the top.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
